EMERGENCY LOAN
In order to qualify for an Emergency Loans, students must:
- be registered for current semester
- not be in default of a Federal or Institutional student loan
- not have any outstanding debt to the University
- have a minimum cumulative grade point average (GPA) of 2.0 and a minimum completion rate of 70% or higher.

INSTALLMENT PLAN
In order to qualify for Installment Plans, students must:
- Be a current student at UTB/TSC
- Be free of any outstanding financial balance with UTB/TSC
- Be registered for a minimum of three credit hours or more
- Pay a non-refundable fee of $22.50 for the installment plan ($7.50 per installment)
- Complete and sign Installment Plan Promissory Note
- Must have a minimum cumulative grade point average (GPA) of 2.0 and a minimum completion rate of 70% or higher.
