Application for graduation

UTB Graduate Students

  • Obtain a Graduation Application at the Office of Graduate Studies or download it here

  • Submit a completed Graduation Application to the Office of Graduate Studies, along with the $25 fee.
  • Payment can be made by faxing the credit card form, with cash at the business office, or by sending in a check/money.

(Note: Application must be submitted by the following deadlines: December Graduation – May 1st• May Graduation – Feb. 1st • August Graduation - May 1st.

  • A letter from the Registrar’s Office will be mailed to the student regarding their Commencement participation.

  • All Commencement participants are required to purchase the proper regalia from the Bookstore. For more information, contact the Bookstore at (956) 882-8249.
