Program Goals

The Science, Technology and Engineering Partnerships for Success program, better known as STEPS, is designed to increase the number of Hispanic, low-income students enrolling in and attaining bachelor's degrees in science, technology, engineering and mathematics fields by providing focused interventions, course redesign and bachelor degree offerings in science technology.

Provide seamless transition into STEM bachelor degree fields and Bachelor of Applied Techonology degrees through model articulation agreements, transfer support and scholarships.
