Masters Degrees

Master of Science

The Master of Science in Computer Science (MSCS) provides an advanced and in-depth coverage of the field. In addition to setting a strong foundation for further graduate studies at doctoral level, the MSCS allows a number of elective courses in computer science to prepare future master graduates in a computing field of specialization. The degree requires 36 semester credit hours of computer science courses at graduate level as follows:

Complete all the three courses in one of the following categories:

Theory of Computation

  • COSC 5361 Computability Theory
  • COSC 5362 Complexity Theory
  • COSC 5345 Advanced Algorithm Analysis
