UTB Department of Engineering will be both a local leader and an international leader in providing a premier source of engineering education and engineering expertise in a variety of disciplines and innovative discipline combinations and across a spectrum of engineering skills. It will provide academic and technical leadership to the intellectual, cultural, social and economic life of the bi-national urban region it serves.
