The Engineering Department Student Affairs Office is your place on campus. Student Affairs Offers a variety of services to students. Ms. Itzy Godinez is your first point of contact for these services. She is in the Engineering Student Affairs Office, SETB 1.436. Her hours are 11:00 am to 5:00 pm. Tutorial Services

The Engineering Department employs a high-gpa work study student whose first task is to tutor engineering students in math, science and engineering courses. Contact Itzy Godinez to make an appointment with the tutor.

All faculty members on campus are required to have Office Hours. You are entitled to see any professor either during his posted office hours or by appointment in order to get help

Scholarship Information

There are department scholarships, College scholarships, University scholarships and externally funded scholarships available to help you through college.

Dr. Yong Zhou is the main repository of scholarship information. His office is SETB 1.366 and his phone is 882-6758. The scholarship bulletin board is in the corridor across from SETB 1.450, the Department Office, and adjacent to SETB 1.456. There may be other additional information available in the Student Affairs Office.

To gain logon access to the Engineering Computer Laboratory computers, see Ms. Itzy Godinez.

Log on to the Computer Lab computers using the same user name and pin number that you use for all the UTB/TSC computer labs.
