Dr. Hsuying C. Ward is assistant professor of Special Education Programs at the University of Texas, Brownsville. As a professional educator, she had worked in special education and special education teacher preparation for over 25 years prior joining the UTB learning community. She is a long time member of Council for Exceptional Children and has published on the topics of reading, technology, and language learning.
