Gaurango Banerjee
About Me
Gaurango Banerjee holds a Ph.D. in Economics and a master's in finance from the The University of Alabama in Tuscaloosa. He earned a bachelor's in engineering and master's in economics under the integrated dual-degree program at the Birla Institute of Technology and Science in Pilani, India. He holds a chartered financial analyst designation from the CFA Institute at Charlottesville, Virginia, and is currently pursuing research, and teaching finance and economics at UTB/TSC.
Research Brief
His research interests include: banking (regulations and risk management, capital market risk analysis), policy coordination issues in monetary unions, personal finance planning issues, and behavioral finance.
