Registration
To register for a group class or camp, indicate which class/camp you are interested in and the time you would prefer. Every attempt will be made to give you the time of your choice. However, since registrations and class spots are taken in the order received, you may need to provide a second choice. If there are not enough students for the class/camp, you will be notified about a change of class schedule or refund information. Be sure to read the policy form for any further information.
To register for a Private lesson, indicate which instrument (and teacher if you have a preference), and what day/time you would prefer for your lessons. Every attempt will be made to give you the time of your choice. Information regarding a teacher's specific schedule is only available in our office and over the phone. Times will not be reserved over the phone. Registrations and time slots are assigned at a first-come-first-serve basis. Times will be reserved once payment is completed. Be sure to read the policy form for any further information. Please remember to bring your receipts to your first class.
To register with the UTB/TSC Music Academy, there are several options: in person or by email. To get detailed information, please call 882-7702.
To complete the registration, you must include payment (by check or credit card, we do not accept cash payments). Class space will not be held without complete payment. If you cannot email or fax, then please send by mail to the address below. REGISTRATIONS WILL BE ACCEPTED ON A FIRST COME FIRST SERVE BASIS. IT WILL BE RECORDED BY DATE AND TIME. IF YOUR CLASS IS ALREADY FULL BEFORE YOUR REGISTRATION AND PAYMENT IS COMPLETE, YOU WILL NOT BE ABLE TO GET INTO THAT CLASS.
In PERSON, you can come into our office at Eidman 207 and register with us. We will be more than happy to help you fill out all the forms needed to be a part of our Music Academy.
If you prefer to EMAIL, follow these steps:
- Decide which class you are interested in or which instruments you would like to play.
- Call the office for scheduling information, tuition rates, and any other important information.
- Click on the "Registration Form" link and fill out the information online. Read the Policy Form.
- Then send us an email (Music.Academy@utb.edu) and attach the Registration Form to your email (call us if you need help with this). In the title space of your email write the student's name and "REGISTRATION." We will call or email you to confirm this registration and give you a receipt number. If you choose to complete your payment by check or money order, your registration will not be complete until the payment is received. Any incomplete registration forms will be returned. You will need to come to the Academy Office to pick up your original receipt and bring it with you to your first day of class.
