Campus Activities Board
The purposes of the Campus Activities Board are: To promote the interests of UTB and its students; to bring about a greater spirit of unity and cooperation among all students; to encourage in students the development of leadership skills through active participation in the Office of Student Life; to provide UTB and the community of Brownsville, with the best possible events and to retain its position as a respected contributor to the establishment and maintenance of a higher educational, recreational, social and cultural standard for the University community.
The Campus Activities Board (CAB) works to enhance and unify the university community by planning social, cultural and educational events that compliment the university's academic mission.
CAB works closely with the Office of Student Life by assisting in coordination, planning, and execution of on campus events and programs. The Campus Activities Board (CAB) is the largest student programming organization and is responsible for planning diverse, quality events for the university community.
