The L.A.M.P. program is data driven. Students are asked to participate in focus groups and fill out surveys to improve program and services. The program also has structured student learning outcomes in leadership development related to setting and establishing goals.

L.A.M.P. Unit Goals

  • Develop and implement a leadership training program that addresses the student leadership needs of the Student Government Association, Scorpion Ambassadors, peer mentors, high school, middle school and UTB student population.
  • Complete CAS self-assessment and peer-assessment reviews.
  • Recruit, mentor and help successfully transition into college 300 UTB first-time   freshmen into L.A.M.P.
