Publicize an event:
The Office of News and Information can help publicize events. Having media cover your event often requires special expertise. Major events that require additional security and reporters may have particular equipment or needs. The Office of News and Information can help you plan for this part of an event and ensure these issues are addressed in the early stages of any events planning process.

Suggest a story:
Have a story idea? We are always looking for new stories and ideas to tell about our university. Submit your suggestions to leticia.fernandez@utb.edu.
Video and photo production:
The Office of News and Information video producer and photographers are available to help shoot the news and marketing needs on campus. Our photography staff can also locate photos in our archives.
