The User Support Services Help Desk utilizes the Track-It application to track and document work requests. To use Track-It you must log on with the credentials assigned to your department. Departmental accounts facilitate tracking and reduce duplicate work orders. The administrative staff in each department normally enters work orders for their department. If you need your department's Track-It credentials, please ask your administrative staff or contact the Help Desk. The website for Track it is trackit.utb.edu.
