The following equipment and services are provided by Media Academic Technology Services to support academic learning operations. These academic educational technologies and various multimedia services are available for faculty members, administrative staff or for any other campus entity activity focused on any educational purpose. Audio/video and computer equipment installed in most of the university classroom (smart classrooms) around the campus. For north, south and some other building locations in where this equipment has not been installed, Media Academic Technology Services provide mobile computer sets, video/data projectors and television/VCR/DVD sets upon formal request (Please see request process instructions at the main Media Services web site)
Provide Mobile Audio/Visual Equipment such as television/VCR/DVD sets, overhead projectors, slide projectors & trays, document cameras, portable screens, laser disc players, Conference phones, audio cassette players/recorders and conference audio recording.
Technical (Troubleshooting) assistance provided during faculty, staff or other university activity.
Video Transfer from VHS to DVD or to a digital file that can be used on your website.
Support with professional training in video, audio, computer software and new technology appliances to all UTB faculty and administrative staff upon request (please see request process instructions at the main Media Services web site)
Media Academic Technology Services also provides other services such as document laminations, scantron grading and video unit room for educational/instructional videos.
