Faculty and Staff:
The ITS Help Desk utilizes the ITS Tickets Portal (Spiceworks) application to track and document work requests. To use Spiceworks you must log on with your credentials. The administrative staff in each department normally enters work orders for their department. The website for Spiceworks is http://ticket.utb.edu/portal.
For new IT-related projects such as new labs, classrooms, systems, or other initiatives, please submit a project request.
Lab Work/Classroom Work:
Please follow the guidelines of our lab work order policy to help ensure that work is done on time and revisits are prevented.
Please visit the Virtual Help Desk first to search for a solution. If necessary, use the ITS Tickets Portal to request additional assistance or report a problem.
