Report a problem

To request ITS work pertaining to existing labs, classrooms and systems, please report a problem by submitting a ticket at the ITS Tickets Portal.

This includes assistance with issues such as: printer errors, log in issues, hardware malfunctions, software installations and others.

New project request

To request ITS work on new projects such as labs, classrooms, systems or other initiatives, please complete a new project request at the ITS Tickets Portal. An ITS representative will conduct a review with the requesting department to coordinate new project implementations and needed equipment, labor, bids and purchasing.

This includes requests for new projects, new IT infrastructure, new systems, software and hardware purchases and all IT related initiatives.
