Enrollment Verification

Enrollment Verification is a service provided by the National Student Clearinghouse, on behalf of UTB/TSC, that documents, in written form, the enrollment status of a student for a particular term; it indicates the number of credit hours for the semester. Verification can be provided for the current semester, as well as any previous semesters in which the student was enrolled at the University.

UTB/TSC has authorized the National Student Clearinghouse to provide enrollment verifications.  The National Student Clearinghouse can be contacted at:

NOTE: Enrollment Verification for student loan deferment purposes should be requested at the Office of Student Financial Assistance located in Tandy Hall 206.
