State Programs, some listed here, are based on availability of funds.

Due to limited funding in the program and the institution's unfortunate inability to fund all eligible students, UTB/TSC does not exercise its authority to make professional judgment calls for hardship requests for students who do not meet the basic program eligibility requirements.
