Upward Bound


  • Veterans Resource Center: Visit the Veterans Resource Center to begin the enrollment process at UTB. We will assist active duty, veterans and dependents in applying for VA Educational benefits, admission process, federal/ state tuition assistance and financial aid.
  • Veterans Upward Bound: The Veterans Upward Bound program is the only program in Texas, and it has served hundreds of veteran by making it easy to transition from the military to college. Helping veterans is what we do best.
