Recommendation to Hire - RHF
Account managers must submit a Recommendation to Hire Form - RHF to the Office of Human Resources to initiate the hiring of a new employee.
The Office of Human Resources must receive and approve a RHF before the new employee is allowed to work. New employees are not allowed to work until the RHF has required approvals.
Any changes to an existing employee’s RHF must be made by account managers by using the Change of Personnel Action Form (CPAF).
