Fire Drill Reports
Fire drills are designed to test fire alarms and evacuation procedures. The Environmental Health & Safety Office (EH&S) is responsible for conducting fire drills.
A General Fire Drill Evaluation Form is available online for fire wardens and participants to provide feedback. Following the fire drill, fire drill participants should visit the Fire Drill Evaluation Web page to fill out the evaluation form.
Fire wardens and participants are encouraged to complete the evaluation form no more than three working days after the drill.
EH&S will use the evaluation forms to review evacuation procedures and address any issues. The EH&S Fire Drill Report and Evaluation Form is used by EH&S personnel only.
