An R.A. from Casa Bella reported that an older male subject wearing a blue striped shirt and blue jeans was taking a black bicycle from the bike rack located between buildings two and four. When the R.A. attempted to make contact with the subject, he dropped the bicycle and ran out of the complex. UTB Police took into custody the bicycle and the cable lock that had been cut.
