Wellness Program
OUR MISSION
The mission of the Wellness Program is to encourage and support UTB employees in improving and maintaining health and wellness through increased awareness, physical activities, and understanding the benefits of lifetime health and fitness.
We encourage you to exercise on your own time (at home, neighborhood, park, etc.), or you may join one of our Wellness Activity classes and Topic Sessions available at no cost to you.
