Group Purchasing Programs

Group purchasing allows the University to place orders without the need for additional formal bidding. The University participates in the following group purchasing programs:

• Texas Multiple Award Schedule Contracts (TXMAS)
• College Buys
• Educational & Institutional Cooperative Purchasing (E&I)

Departments considering utilizing group purchasing programs should contact the Purchasing Office for assistance.
