Exit Clearance Checklists
A clearance checklist needs to be completed by full-time employees and faculty ending their employment, as well as employees transferring to a new position within the University.
A clearance checklist identifies the employee’s last working day and requires signatures from the employing department and other service departments.
Complete the Employee Exit Clearance Checklist during the last week employed with the University.
Complete the Employee Transfer Clearance Checklist during the last week in their current position.
