Service Learning Certificate

The Center for Civic Engagement and the Center for Teaching and Learning team up to provide you with the tools you need to introduce a very important element into your courses - students applying the skills and knowledge they have learned. Nationally service learning is one of the fastest growing teaching strategies. It is a valuable assessment tool to demonstrate how students have achieved the course's learning objectives.

You will find that both Centers of Excellence can provide you with the tools and resources to plan your activity, organize the students and find the resources that are needed.

• Workshops that can be found in the workshop section of the CTL pages
