ELiGIBILITY CRITERIA
Students can participate in the STEPS Program if they are:
- Transferring to UTB/TSC from a two-year college with a completed associate's degree from:
- Texas State Technical College Harlingen
- South Texas College in McAllen
- Del Mar College in Corpus Christi
2. Transferring into one of the following fields of study:
- Science
- Technology
- Engineering
- Mathematics
