Marvin Lovett
About Me
Dr. Marvin Lovett has been with UTB/TSC since 1988. He completed his Doctorate of Higher Education in Administration and Supervision at the University of Houston, and his Master of Business Administration at Northwest Missouri State University. He has a Bachelor of Science in Psychology and Sociology from Northwest Missouri State University, and an Associate of Arts from Southwest Community College.
