Jennie Johnson earned a Ph.D. in Human Development from Virginia Polytechnic Institute and State University, a master’s degree in organizational behavior from the College of Business at Eastern Michigan University and a B.S. from Oakland University.
Prior to an academic career, Dr. Johnson worked in business and industry in management positions and has over 20 years of experience in human resource management, organizational development and workplace learning and performance. She has worked in 25 counties, has visited 50 and lived in Latin America (Uruguay and Costa Rica) for three years.
Her research interests are organizational justice and ethical decision making. She enjoys teaching because it is an opportunity to share both theoretical and practical perspectives on subjects she is enthusiastic about.
