Message from the Director of Student Life

The Office of Student Life strives to create a campus community of engaged learners by providing leadership, social, multi-cultural, intellectual, recreational, group development and community service programs. My goal is to stimulate students to reach beyond their classroom experience and embrace the diverse learning and leadership development opportunities made possible through the student organizations, student activities and co-curricular programs offered by our department. It is my personal mission to make sure all students have the opportunity to engage themselves in a challenging environment that will develop their skills and their talents. The Office of Student Life has an open-door policy for all our students, so I encourage you to visit with any of our department representatives, and inquire on how you can get involved in a student leadership position at UTB. I promise you that if you want to participate, our staff will help you get involved and on your road to a successful and rewarding experience in campus life.
