Immunizations

At Student Health Services, the provider offers vaccines to prevent diseases.

Texas Vaccines for Children Program applies to UTB students 18 years or younger. Parental consent is required. The cost for each immunization is $10.

• Hepatitis A
• Hepatitis B
• Human Papillomavirus (HPV)
• Polio
• Meningitis
• Measles, Mumps, Rubella (MMR)
• Tetanus, Diphtheria and Pertussis (Tdap)
• Influenza (flu)
• Varicella

For students 19 years of age and older, the immunizations are offered for a reduced price. A list of prices is available at the clinic.

Those provided at the SHS Clinic include:

Hepatitis A

Meningitis
• Mumps, Measles, Rubella (MMR)
• Diphtheria/Tetanus 
• Influenza (flu)
• Varicella
• Tuberculosis skin test

Referrals are made if needing chest x-ray screening.
