- Human Subjects (IRB-HS)
The IRB reviews all research that involves human subjects, human data and/or human samples to ensure that all activity is in compliance with federal regulations as defined in the Code of Federal Regulations Title 45 Public Welfare Department of Health and Human Services Part 46 - Protection of Human Subjects and the University's approved Federal Wide Assurance Agreement with the DHHS.
Written approval of the Committee is mandatory prior to conducting any research activity that involves human subjects. The committee may approve, modify, suspend, or disapprove a research project. Assurance No. IRB00003261
