Ceremony Instructions: All faculty members participating in winter Commencement need to check in at
4:00 p.m. Friday, May 10 at the Garza Gym Annex.
Parking: Parking for participating faculty members is available in parking lots at the Arnulfo L. Oliveira Memorial Library, Jacob Brown Auditorium, Tandy Hall, the Village at Fort Brown (old residence hall parking), the Science, Engineering and Technology Building, the Biomedical Research Building and the Education and Business Complex. Parking decals are not required.
Services for faculty with Disabilities: Special services are available to accommodate the needs of faculty members with disabilities who will be participating in the Commencement ceremony. Those who require accommodations due to a disability or health concern should contact the Disability Services Office in the Camille Lightner Student Center at 882-7372 as soon as possible.
