Effective September 1, 2012, test administration charges are non-refundable and non-transferrable. Exceptions to the refund policy will be considered in cases of relocation, military deployment, severe illness, or hospitalization. A written request for refund must be accompanied by appropriate documentation such as a doctor's notice or deployment orders.
