Financial Aid PAYMENT Deadlines:
To ensure eligible financial aid awards will be ready before registration payment deadline(s), students are encouraged to provide all documents requested by the UTB and TSC Financial Aid Office no later than:

Students completing the financial aid application and verification process after these deadlines may receive financial aid consideration during the semester, but must be prepared to pay for classes with personal funds by the registration payment deadline(s). Limited payment alternatives, including emergency loans and installment plans, are available through the Accounting and Finance Office.

Students are encouraged to complete and submit the Free Application for Federal Student Aid as early as January 1st each calendar year.
State Aid Deadlines:

Since UTB and TSC does not receive sufficient funding to consider all eligible state aid applicants, students are strongly encouraged to make alternate payment arrangements for registration costs without expectation of receiving award(s). If funds are available, students filing on or before the priority deadline will automatically receive consideration.
Students must have their program of study declared by no later than June 1st to receive consideration for state grants during an academic year. Students who make changes to their program of study after this date may lose eligibility to future state funds.
